Video: Tour Dubai’s Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel with Woods Bagot’s Samer Charara
Principle at Woods Bagot, Samer Charara, the architect behind Dubai’s luxury Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel, gave Construction Week a private tour of the fourth holiday spot in the resort, and explained why the project was such a rewarding experience.
Opened in 2016, Jumeirah Al Naseem is the fourth and final addition to the Madinat Jumeirah line of hotels.
It has 387 rooms, 43 suites and the striking five-star hotel was not easy to build, Charara revealed.
He added that the building site had a place called the “war room” where the architect, engineer, and main contractor would painstakingly go through every detail of the design to ensure the complex project was delivered successfully.
This, he said, was a “rewarding experience” for all of the parties involved.
