Philippe Starck-designed luxury apartments in India wins awards
yoopune by Philippe Starck, luxury apartments in India, won six awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011 in Shanghai.
Panchshil Realty, a real estate developer in Pune, worked with Philippe Starck to create yoopune.

Panchshil Realty received awards for yoopune by Philippe Starck in the following categories: Best development marketing Asia Pacific, Best Development, Best High-rise Development, Best Residential Interior Design, Best High-rise Architecture, Best Development Marketing and Best Developer website (www.yoopune.com).
yoopune by Philippe Starck is a designer project, in terms of layout, interiors, fittings, amenities, and services. It is located 9km from the Pune airport and 5km from Pune’s commercial centre. It spans 17 acres and includes a rainforest. The 216 homes in six towers also had landscape architect, Bill Bensley, working on the project.
Amenities include the Six Senses Spa, located within the rain-forest; swimming pools, recreation for children and families such as basketball and tennis courts, and a tea lounge and cigar room.
