Monaco builds first skyscraper since 1980s
The 170m Oedon Tower currently under construction in Monaco is the first skyscraper to built since the 1980s.
Designed by Monaco-based architect Alexandre Giraldi, the new tower will contain 70 apartments from one to six bedrooms and two sky duplexes as well as a five storey sky penthouse with a private roof swimming pool accessible by a slide directly from the house.
Guests can also enjoy luxuries such as hammams, saunas, Russian bath, private spas, fully equipped gymnasiums, several pools, and a business centre that makes living comparable to a 5-star hotel.
The project has been under construction since 2009 and is planned for completion by the end of this year.
