Downtown Dubai homes inspired by dancing fountains
Two new residential developments with their architecture inspired by the Dubai Fountain are to be launched this month.
Act One and Act Two are the names of the Emaar projects which are located next to the Dubai Opera House.
The homes will be launched internationally with a sales event in London on Wednesday, August 10, at Harrods followed by the Dubai launch on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Emaar Sales Centre.
Act One and Act Two feature 718 residential units including one, two, and three-bedrooms, and a limited collection of penthouses located on the highest two levels.
A promenade opens to the view of the Dubai Opera with high-end retail and cafes and amenities including a health club, spa, infinity pools and swimming pools.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: “Act One and Act Two are truly a defining destination of choice for all culturally inclined as they now have the unique value proposition of living right next door to Dubai Opera.”
The design has a façade featuring a horizontal and vertical stepping, each creating views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain with a podium connection to the world’s tallest building.
