Deyaar soon to start handover on The Atria

Developer Deyaar has announced the completion of The Atria residential tower, with the handover process now imminent.

The Atria is the second project completed by Deyaar in 2018, following the handover of the Mont Rose tower in April, the developer said in a statement.

Located in Business Bay, The Atria comprises two towers – a 30-storey residential tower with 219 residential units and a 31-storey four-star hotel apartment tower with 347 units.

Dubai-based AK Design was appointed for the architectural work after winning a design competition held by the client. The interiors of the serviced apartments have been designed by Yoo Studio, founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox.

Amenities provided to residents include a swimming pool and gym, as well as access to facilities in the adjoining tower of hotel apartments. These include fine dining restaurants, a retail arena and a central park-plaza atrium.
