Delta Faucet’s new working showroom
Delta Faucet Company opens new Middle East Headquarters in Dubai’s JLT free zone
UAE: One of the world’s largest manufacturers of residential and commercial faucets, Delta Faucet Company, has recently launched its regional headquarters in the heart of JLT Free Zone, Dubai.
“Delta Faucet Company is already a market leader in the U.S. and to see the company choose to open their regional headquarters at the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) Free Zone, as it prepares for further expansion, is testament to DMCC and Dubai’s strength as a global business hub,” explained Ahmed Bin Sulayem, executive chairman of DMCC, who launched the new office opening.
The regional headquarters is a new multi-purpose operation that not only supports the company’s continued growth and development in the Middle East, but also showcases the company’s latest water technology, hence fusing showroom and office.
The latest technology spurring out of the Delta machine not only combines sleek technology design with quality water experience, it also embodies environmentally friendly features.
“As part of our story, we really stand out due to our innovations. And at Delta, we believe there is always a smarter and better way that people can experience water. We listen to customers and respond with new water technology,” said Hans-Juergen Kalmbach, vice president, international at Delta Faucet.
He added: “Our water technology uses less water than the standard market faucets by 30-40%. But you shouldn’t give up the feeling of a nice shower by reducing water.”
At Delta’s new office, visitors and customers alike can examine the latest faucet technology such as Arzo, a non-sensor faucet that can be activated from any direction. Another high-technology faucet that displays the creative ingenuity of the Delta company is Touch2O which includes Trinsic, a faucet that can be turned on or off by simply tapping anywhere on the stem. Trinsic is ideal for those with dirty or full hands.
Moreover, Delta has released a new range of showerheads, H2OKinetic, which uses an internal system that allows water to drift into a wave pattern, creating the feeling of more water, while actually minimising the amount of water used.
Kalmbach explained: “We’ve been selling these in the U.S. for more than five years and the reception went very well…We’re very concerned about water consumption, so we are very engaged with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as we have an active participation on its board.”
Delta Faucet Company sells products in more than 50 countries, including major markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Ross Jackson, general manager, Delta Faucet Company remarked: “Delta Faucet Company’s international growth strategy is based around emerging markets, and we see enormous potential in the Middle East…When it came to selecting a headquarters, Dubai was a natural choice due to its impressive infrastructure, large scale construction projects and connectivity to the rest of the region.”
