Art Dubai

Campus Art Dubai kicks off 4th edition

Applications are now open for this year’s Campus Art Dubai Core and Community programmes

Applications opened for Campus Art Dubai (CAD), the internationally-lauded community arts school that provides UAE-based artists, curators, writers and enthusiasts with the skills and ideas needed to further their careers and interest in modern and contemporary art.
CAD is made up of two programmes – Core and Community – which run from October 2015 through to March 2016, culminating at Art Dubai, March 16-19, 2016. Both programmes are led by a cast of local and international visiting artists, critics, curators, architects and others.
CAD Community is a free membership programme, open to all. Members gain access to monthly talks and thematic workshops, exhibition tours, plus networking and community events.
CAD Core is an intense, selective course open to dedicated artists, writers and curators, who attend two full days of critiques, workshops and seminars each month. This year, CAD 3.0 Core Lead Tutors Uzma Z. Rizvi and Murtaza Vali are back by popular demand to lead the course. Applications for CAD 4.0 Core are due by September 20, 2015.
Campus Art Dubai is held in partnership with Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and supported by Dubai Design District (d3).
