3D printing company Stratasys collaborates with Zaha Hadid

The 3D printing company Stratasys has recently collaborated with Zaha Hadid to create a new chair design.

The chair was displayed at the three-day Association for Computer Aided Design in Architecture (ACADIA) conference, which was held in Los Angeles, California last week.

The annual conference was used to showcase products created by the latest additive manufacturing technologies, including furniture, interactive games and fashion.

Stratasys also collaborated with a number of other internationally-known designers like Alvin Huang, Francis Bitonti, Jose Sanchez and Jenny Wu.

The chair by Zaha Hadid can be made on demand and was made using multi-material Objet500 Connex3 3D-printer.
