Shortlist announced for two new CID Awards categories: Fit out and concept design

With the Commercial Interior Design Awards only a month away, we are beginning to unveil the shortlist for this year’s event, beginning with our two new categories that have been introduced this year.

The Interior Fit-out Project of the Year award is based on quality of fit-out in an overall concept execution, which has replaced the Reader’s Choice Award.

Yesterday, our judges got together to pick out the winners by using the scoring method.

Also this year we have established a rule that all submitted projects must be 100% completed, therefore to give opportunities to great projects that are either only just been conceived or in the pipe-line, we have introduced the Best Interior Design Concept of the Year, which rewards the best interior design concept for commercial projects in the Middle East, completed in the last 12 months.
