Architecture firm Chapman Taylor has announced the promotion of Olly Bradley-Barnard to the position of director in its Dubai studio.
Olly is currently leading the team on a 6km2 masterplan in South Bahrain, and a number of other large projects in Saudi Arabia.
About Olly Bradley-Barnard
Olly’s journey with Chapman Taylor began in 2012 when he joined the firm’s Bangkok studio. He has been part of a variety of award-winning projects, including eco-park resort Mui Dinh Eco Park in Vietnam – winner of the prestigious MIPIM ‘Best Futura Mega Project’ Award in 2018. He joined the Dubai studio in 2018, to strengthen Chapman Taylor’s presence in the region through his experience of designing in many different countries and cultures.
Olly has worked on a number of key projects in the Middle East, including the KEC Hub mixed-use project in Madinah and Airport City in Jeddah.
His areas of expertise include master planning, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, residential and concept design and his approach to projects is to create and develop a design concept that has an identity, informed by the place, the culture and other aspects of the development’s context.
