Zaha Hadid Architects launches new website for its VR division

Zaha Hadid Architects has launched a new website for its research group Zaha Hadid Vritual Reality (ZHVR) that focuses on developing immersive virtual reality (VR) for architecture.

The new website highlights projects including the Heydar Aliyev Centre in Baku, Azerbaijan; the Danijang bridge in Taipei, Taiwan; as well as other projects including exhibitions and real-time experience projects in VR.

ZHVR explores real-time modelling with a focus on the application of VE as a design tool as well as researching the potential of specific  technologies that enhance the architectural design process.

ZHA transitioned to digitised 3D design thirty years ago, being at the forefront of digital design coordination and production.
